- Relocate 2 EDB'S and remove obsolete wiring. *Note see electrical for further information. - *Note: all electrical works to be carried out in accordance with the AS3000 and the requirements of the local authority. - Relocate and upgrade 1st EDB to 3 phase, 100amp per phase (min) - Relocate 2nd EDB as per plans, upgrade if required (PC) - Supply and install all power outlets as per plans. - Supply and install light fittings as shown on plan. (Note all lights to be on dimmers switches, refer to franchisor for preferred location of dimmers and switches. All downlights to have individual transformers.) - Supply and install __ Watt ceiling speakers in locations as per plans. - Wiring and installation of equipment as required. - Pre-wire telephone, data cables and fit off phone points and supply and install wall mounted handsets as required (Phone lines provided to MDF or IDF by Telstra) as per plans. - Signage - allow 2 feeds for illuminated shopfront / blade signs / 3rd level building sign and ensure fully operational. - Supply and install illuminated emergency and exit signs, to be installed in accordance with the BCA & Australian Standards, on separate circuit (supply with test switch) and smoke detectors as required and shown on plan. - Allow to submit certificate of electrical safety to certifier and franchisor for power connection as per provided detail. - Supply and install power and data to counter as per plans.
