Split System A/C installation

Need a split system unit installed. Upstairs flat. Neighbour has her unit in lounge with piping going through kitchen with the outside unit next to kitchen window. This would be ideal but outside unit may also go on roof if easier.

We currently have ducted air conditioning in our house, and we were hoping to get it zoned. Is there anyone who can zone a current air conditioning system? Or even just shut certain areas off? (e.g. our air conditioning is blowing into the garage as well!!)

Replace ducted air-conditioning.

The ducted air-conditioning in our townhouse needs to be replaced. The townhouse is 3 levels with approx. 6-sqm each level.

Repair/Replace Ducted Air Conditioning Unit

Tenant in my property advise the ducted air cond is no longer blowing cold air. I need the air cond to be looked at to see if it can be repaired or need to completely replaced. if need to be replaced, prefer to get the air cond unit that is durable.
