double stud framing inside a garage
I am looking for construction of what is typical referred to as a "room within a room" for sound isolation purposes. There is plenty of information available on this concept on google. It is double stud frames spaced an inch apart that are totally isolated from each other and not connected in any way. Approximate size is 3.3mtrs W x5.5 L x 3mtrs H. I will also be looking for ceiling joists to be fitted to both frame asemblies, however no further finishing work is required, just the naked framing.

- FC Sheet over existing timber flooring - Re Stump and level the timber flooring - remove Asbestos from entire tenancy - repairs to street awning facade as per engineer details, remove asbestos lining approx 40m2 then re frame and dress with fibro to make new - pointed and parged roof repairs/hips and repair broken tiles - remove and replace silicon on box gutters - Remove and replace 2 sections of lead flashing - Clean all gutters and trim palm tree to prevent further gutternig issues - Re roof the awning - show as PC Sum only (will need street closure for such works) - Remove all walls as per plans (note: Walls are all block) - Install beams as per engineers plans, supply included - Remove kitchen and cap off plumbing and disconnect electrical

I need a door cut in to the staircase wall and the space under the stairs turned into a usable area for storage. - The floor needs to be raised - The walls lined with plywood - A plane faced folding door installed - The door frame to be plastered and square set corners I don't require any electrical work or painting
