- Supply and install 50 L HWU including flow tray and supports, 3 phase quick recovery - Supply all tapware except spray arm. - 20mm water point within tenancy to be confirmed - Install of Hand basin including Tempering valve - Perform underslab works to suit new layout - (tundishes, drainage, grease waste, floor waste) allow to cap existing points if required. - Provide floor waste for vinyl or tile as required including floor grates - Provide basket trap to floor wastes - Existing Grease Trap (2000 L) and existing gas meter and gas connection (550MJ) - Run drainage and waste pipes to sink and basin as required - Provide front display, cool room and freezer tundishes. - Reinstate concrete - TROWEL FINISH AND LEVEL WITH EXISTING AND FALLS TO WASTE AS REQUIRED - Installation of fixtures and fittings. tapware, spray arms, etc. - Reticulate hot and cold water as per plans - Cleaners sink including taps and support (wall or legs) - Run gas to nominated points
